The curious role of the “secular media”

When the long awaited spectacular judgment came in Matto case,everybody praised the media for doing the perfect vigilante job of keeping the case alive and “correct” the judgment, they are doing also a fantastic job of keeping the Jessica lal murder case alive.

But it gets curious simply because

Matto case first acquittal to the accused,
The Judge says
“Though I know he is the man who committed the crime, I acquit him, giving him the benefit of the doubt”
In the SAR Geelani judgment acquittal
The Judge puts it on record
“The court acquits the accused due to lack of evidence,but his conduct during the incident was not entirely honorable”

Can you tell me the difference between the two statements? Not much because if the Delhi police had not buckled in front of political pressure from the congress,this Geelani scum should have been rightly hanged.

Where is the media? Why is it not pursuing this case? Is it because he is “muslim and secular” the answer is out there?

Nalini (A woman) She never pulled the trigger on Rajiv Gandhi she was hanged as a conspirator.

Murugan never pulled the trigger on Rajiv Gandhi he was hanged as a conspirator

Santhan never pulled the trigger on Rajiv Gandhi he was hanged as a conspirator

Arivu never pulled the trigger on Rajiv Gandhi he was hanged as a conspirator

Dhananjoy Chatterjee never held a gun in his life, may be a half broken lathi considering that he was a watchman in a residential apartment.
His crime was as heinous as it can get, he snuffed the life of an innocent young girl and shattered the hopes and aspirations of her family.

He was hanged until death because the honorable court felt that he was an adult, with no psychological disorders and that he knew perfectly well what he was doing.
I have no disagreement on the Judgment. Simply put it was fair and well delivered. Justice done and shown to be done.

Dhananjoy Chatterjee was hanged simply because he could not exercise control over his physiological drive.

How are they related.

Simple
1. They are all Hindus
2. They all appealed for clemency but were rejected.
3. As stated they never pulled the trigger.

Except for Dhananjoy who died under half right wing rule,all others were hanged during Congress rule. And the current president was the same guy who refused him the pardon.

The number of Hindus killed by Islamists in India (Does any body keep a count?) in all terror related incidents that include bomb blasts and also riots crosses the figure of 10000, its my tabulation, the best site to give you more information about it is http://www.satp.org/ (I don’t agree or disagree with their numbers but at least they make an attempt to keep count).

How many terrorists have we hanged till date?

Answer = 0

We fail again, the families of the heroic security staff faced distress once when their family men died, but consoled themselves and got their lives back on track because they believed that in the loss of their loved ones were not in vain, they prevented an attack on the very foundations of India’s democracy.

By letting a convicted man go free their faith including the faith of millions of others in this system is eroded.

The clemency plea will be returned to the president by the cabinet with a recommendation to issue a pardon along with a compensatory Bharat Ratna,(why not if it can bring a few more muslim votes in UP).

Does he have the balls to override it and enforce a death sentence? I don’t think so. Do you?

How best can democracies fight Islamic Terrorism?

The question looks pretty simple doesn’t it!! But do we have the necessary answers, I think we don’t have any answers and the fact that we are democracies (I mean all real democracies) it becomes all the more difficult to get the answers.

The only democratic country that seems to have taken terrorism head on and in-fact ‘won’ against Islamic terrorists is Isreal, The Americans had no credible deterrent against Islamic terrorism until the WTC blasts(not 9/11) and they have created their own method of fighting terrorism (which of course has its criticisms), The Brits are where they are and Old Europe is far behind and clueless and India just a step behind old Europe.

The question is why do plural & multicultural democracies need to change or rather adopt different techniques to fight Islamic Terror? The answer would be that

Democracy is young, it’s a recent phenomenon and it has never faced anything like what it is up against and the social,economic,political,legal and security structures that are prevalent in democracies have no answers to this menace. This is something that we have to accept (In a democracy its difficult even to get this accepted).


Only two countries have so far accepted this fact but to varying degrees, Isreal and America. Isreal is a real democratic society by all counts sitting in the center of Middle east which cannot think beyond the 2nd century, The important thing about Isreal is that their fight against terrorism is independent of their government(left or Right) and that makes Isreal more successful.

Isreals success lies in the fact that it puts the lives of its citizens as the top priority and enforces this philosophy, while other democracies also ‘claim’ to do the same, infact they cant for different reasons and the biggest failure of a state failing to protect its citizens is India.

Most Democracies have at heart the “rule of law” in letter and spirit, all institutions follow are bound by the rule of law, in cases of aberrations to the rule of law these institutions act to bring the offenders to book and provide the “victims” justice. Note that institutions themselves still have to act within the law. In most cases this has worked perfectly well we have examples where Murderers, robbers and cheats are brought to book, during the cold war the system also took care of people who acted against national interests. The crucial question is why is that it has failed against Islamic terrorism?


In most societies, The cultural and moral upbringing plays an important role in acting as a deterrent to crime followed by law and legal punishment. The mostly unsaid and undocumented “right & wrong” imparted in childhood plays a very decisive role in general crime rates and provides the bedrock for the successful functioning of a democratic society and crimes that do take place are for Human greed and Human motives (Corruption and Killings for gain etc). Our laws are usually well equipped to handle and even prevent these crimes, the point is Islamic terrorism does not fall into this category.



The motivation of an Islamic terrorist is something that is encrypted there are multiple layers of motivation at the surface it could be economic, it could be regional, it could be an International grouse, It could be plain hatred towards non-muslims but as we peel each layer of motivation and get underneath them we find one single startling fact and that should make us rethink our entire way of fighting Islamic Terrorism..


An Islamic terrorist is one who is indoctrinated about the fact that he has to change the system and in-fact violently, all his grouses are mostly imaginary and nothing at all to do with local issues, its not about jobs, economy or linguistic issues or issues over land, its about some fantasized idea that our system and society cannot comprehend and no system can fight something that it cannot comprehend and hence our systems fail in preventing Islamist violence.


Most social advocates maintain a typically leftist or the more politically correct “socialist” thought “Get to the root of the problem” to once and for all to rid ourselves of the threat from an Islamist, for once I don’t disagree with that, but my disagreement starts at the first steps, How to get to the root of the problem? Can I define the root, Can I identify the root? Can I address the root issue(s) to everybody’s satisfaction? Can I ensure that if injustice was done, that Justice should be done and also that Justice should also be shown to be done?


Most studies in this direction have pointed to one very clear fact, the typical Islamic Jihadi is something our system cannot comprehend. But people can and what the right thinking people comprehend is too horrific and hence the society at large lives in self denial about it. Self denial leads to delusion and the society starts hating and labeling the right thinking set as right wing ‘extremists’, what the society seems to miss is the fact is that this ‘right’ is telling them something that they don’t want to hear.


What is that they say is so difficult to digest and so terrible that we usually don’t want to hear? The fact is these ‘right’ thinkers have obtained answers (nope not answers) but clarity for all the questions and have proposed no solution at all, we don’t want to hear this clarity because then we will have to look for a solution and social solutions are not easy but societies will have to confront them one day or the other and those societies and cultures that don’t will see a rather tragic end. This has been repeated multiple times in history but some societies will never learn.

Coming back to the “root” of the problem. What’s the root cause Islamist Violence, What the ‘right’ has been saying all along is ‘Culture’ and that my dear readers is the most explosive ‘C’ word and now do you why the ‘left’ does not want to hear about it


Did the answer shock you? Well It did not shock me for the fact is that I always believed that Jihadi violence is intricately linked with Islamic culture, but so did most people. The only thing that prevented people from talking about it was the fear, Ok I know the root cause of the problem but how will I handle it?


This gets us back to the basic question we started with How best can democracies fight Islamic Terrorism?

All real democracies such as American the European and Indian ones are plural and secular, There is a clear separation between the Religion and state and the state and its institutions have not interfered with cultural issues and will not interfere even in the near future.

When the systems here cannot and will not interfere with cultural issues and culture of a minority is the root cause of Jihadism, I am still in utter confusion as to how democracies can protect themselves?

In enlightened societies “Democracy” is also a “culture” ,it’s a cultural heritage passed on from generation to generation, my parents imbibed in me a strong respect for democracy and democratic institutions and the rule of law, I am Hindu, I have absolute pride in saying that I marry two different cultures the Hindu Culture and the “Democratic” culture, I promise that I will pass on the same cultural traits to my next generation, That is the reason why a nation stuck in “artificial poverty” surrounded by hostile basket cases (Pakistan and Bangladesh) and also nations that belong to a different civilization (mostly somewhere between 2nd century and 9th century) with a billion plus population (most of them HINDUS) remained and continues to progress as a Democracy. It is no secret that India remains a democracy because of Hindus and in spite of Muslims.

The same can be said of USA,Isreal and most of Western Europe.

The problem has arisen because the minority (Muslims) don’t want to marry both these cultures Islamic and Democratic, but want the benefits of a democratic society and want to live ghettoized cultural life.

This actually creates your friendly neighborhood “Jihadi” who cannot tolerate the fact that we are richer by the fact that we marry the democratic culture along with our “native” culture that we cherish, enjoy and celebrate our freedom that we fight to protect our freedom which his/her monotheist culture has denied to him/her.

This intolerance actually needs to complete erosion of their self esteem resulting in absolute hatred to all people who are not his/her co-cultural passengers, check it out its only the Islamic culture that has a very derogatory name for non-muslims “Kafir” do we have a Christian, Jewish , Buddhist or a Hindu equivalent to it? I don’t think so.



I asked a Muslim acquaintance of mine to list and provide me the scientific contribution of the Muslim world to our world, He was apologetic trying to get around the question, but he understood the root of the question and gave up, but he said this question is usually asked in various forms in internal conversations but the Muslim society at large has shied away from answering but instead when any youngster asks this question, elders point fingers at everybody around the world for their inherent cultural failure

Democracies have a strange problem is that they have an obligation not to interfere in Cultural issues but when Culture itself becomes a ‘problem’ how would it fight the problem.

To this day no country has come up with the correct answer, but a day of reckoning is quite near when all of us have to answer this.

The "Hanging" Drama A few Home Truths

As I pointed out in my previous entry,its the politicians of J&K who were actually behind the parliment blasts,now Farrokh Abdulla the most pro-congress "leader" comes to the rescue of the scum in question,the timing is interesting as was the contents,the contents if it had come from a normal center right party would have been termed extremist and we would have 2 tonnes of left wing commentary on all mdeia including IE, but the comments came from a "muslim" who is "deemed" to be secular and hence there was not even a whimper of a comment on any media of course the secular IE thought that it would be self insulting to report the same. The BJP made its usual noise, but as I pointed out its as impotent as the PM and hence gave it up with a simple press statement (only reported in papers where they still retain some kind of loyalty).But the Comments themselves are quite interesting I reprint them as reported he is said to have commented on the Judiciary and held out a threat to ordinary Indians,I am surprised that even after searching for some time on the net, I could not get an authentic copy of what he said,to me it looks deliberate,the channel simply hid it, because i browsed their site and could find copies of all other episodes of the program but NOT this one.Thats not the issue,CNN-IBN is duty bound to protect "secular" politicians,I dont hold anything against them.What I find surprising is Abdullah told the interviewer that "courts ,before they decide on punishments should first check what implications they will have on the society" absurd but dangerous, because in a civilized(Not of course in Mullah lands) world if you dont agree with the verdict of a court you have the "right" to appeal,but not be critical and critisism of a judgement is simply illegal and could lead to charges.The other point is he is reported to have said "India will burn" if the scum is hanged,I could read it if read politically correctly as his personal assessment or if I read it more pragmatically his wish and threat. The other way to read it would be he knows there are some elements who are bound to "create trouble" if he is hanged.Take it as you wish, the question is who in India will be offended as to cause wholesale damage (means kill Hindus) if the bastard is hanged. Answer is the "ever peace loving secular muslims",and for once I am happy that a secular politician has the guts to say that When it comes to issues relating to the core of the countrys conscience the muslim sympathy lies more with the religion rather than the state. Since an impotent PM cannot take any meaningful action on this ass for making this very provocative comment,we continue to lumber on but the point is the asshole made a very important point in the Muslim view the Nation never features on its radar,its always the religion.Thank him for that he had the guts to say that no secularist bastard has the balls to say.

Lessons from "Dear Leaders Blast" have we learnt anything?

 The news of the week was that of "Dear Leader" having a blast.I summed up the opinion from various news sources (loony left,loony extreme right) and center. What stuck me was there was an underlying unanimity amongst this spectrum on one issue, the role of China in this whole affair,The right and center analysts said that the test displayed the limits to China's influence on the North Koreans and the Left China Friendly newspapers said that the test is a challenge to China posing "strategic" security threat because this will force Japan and South Korea to go nuclear.
At the outset from a regio-centric view,all views look acceptable,but when I tried to analyse the North Korean test with a more Global view with China's role since the 90s,the answers get a bit more complex.
Check out China's role since the 80s when it began modernising its economy.
China began its diplomatic effort at getting raw materials at "whatever cost" from "wherever" and was ready to make deals with "whoever". I dont find it different from any other country including the US,but where the comparision ends is what kind of deals you would make and with whom.
Agreed that China always feels threatend by America,but its a different story altogether that only China does not feel that way but all those countries that have a government that have no balls to go back and ask its people if they think that they should rule again for the next 5 years face the same fear of US. Take for example countries like North Korea (ruled by a madcap and his family). China (Ruled by the Communits who belive that it is their god given right to rule) .Iran (Ruled by the Mullahs,hoping that a Mahdi will emerge). Iraq (Ruled by a dictator). Syria (Ruled by another dicator) the list can continue but what i am trying to imply is that these countries have a fear of America not militarily but a fear of general western values , because the primary western value of Freedom is enough to wipe out all of their regimes.
Post the collapse of the Soviet union China faced a sever period of internal instability,with communism thrown into the dustbin of history and the "civilized" world (I exclude all the Islamic republics) moving towards greater freedom and democracy,The leadership assumed that the next tide would blow them away and it almost did (Remember Tianenmen square).
In order to stay in power the communist rogues are responsible for the pathetic state of affairs in the nuclear world, they offered nuclear technology as a business option to all and sundry.
It offered Nuclear technology to Pakistan , there are some argue that this was done to keep India in check,but that turns out be a joke since Pakistan and India will always be enemies since they belong to two different civilizations (one getting deeper into the 2nd century and the other getting into the 22nd) irrespective of wether they have nuclear weapons or not.
It offered Nuclear technology to the Iranians (It did not bother to ask why do the Irananins need them)
It offered Nuclear technology to the North Koreans ( Yes of course the pakistanis helped a lot, but without Chinas agreement it would not have been possible)
The Lefties argue that the Americans also made deals with rogue regimes,yes I dont refute but they did not offer Nuclear technology to any of them inspite of pressure from the Nuclear lobby. Americans fondly refer to these regimes as "our bastards", but even being their "bastards" one thing was kept away from them i.e. Nuclear technology.
Today we have USA,UK,France,Russia,China,India,Isreal and Pakistan as declared nuclear powers. Undeclared nuclear powers are Iran and North Korea.
Out of these the most likely to use them are the mad mullahs,the pakistanis(U never know who is in control, it could be Allah,America or Army) and the korean madcap masquerading as a "Dear Leader" and it is China which is responsible for all these three getting there.
if (This is a big IF) the "Dear Leader" is allowed to continue from here the next plausible scenario is Japan getting nuclearised (not a difficult task considering its technological prowess and unstinted American support,may be South Korea too but thats a long shot.
Here comes the loony leftist pro-china argument,China loses its stratgic vantage by being surrounded by Nuclear powers.
That argument now simply falls apart,because in reality whats happening has been started,influenced and directed by the Chinese.
You would ask why. Simple I would say.
Look at this how does a government(a bunch of rogues masquerading as rulers)rule without an official mandate from its own people,Saudis cite Islam(as if the ruling Saud family has been given a lease on Saudi state by ....) The egyptian ruler cites Muslim Brotherhood, Syrian gangster cites Isreal,Pakistan cites India,The Taleban cite that the whole world is against them etc etc, as always illigitimate rulers always need an external fear factor and lot of flux in the region surrounding them to stick to power.
When the coutry is poor,bankrupt and populace is either starving or barely surviving the external fear factor is sufficient to keep these regimes afloat, but with a country where economics dominates and education levels creep up,questions will be asked about the "so called external fear factors" so the these regimes need to back up their claims by generating a flux in their regions simply to stay in power.
Simply put civilized countries dont need that,they need "real" development and even in times of extreme duress these societies will not give up their basic right to freedom.
China today is ruled by an illigitimate government, those in power know it,the chinese people know it,the foreign governments who deal with them know it,below their outward boisterousness lurks a very deep fear.
The only way out is to create more fear,more flux more fear more flux,keep preciptating crisis after crisis else when a day comes when there is no conflict around you the people may ask for a change. SIMPLE
Do you know Chinas deepest fear, Bush striking a deal with "Dear Leader" and making him a member of "our bastards"!!!!!!

Jack Straw and the Veil, your lesson in Britsh Islamic culture

To me reading the Britsh newspapers about Jack Straw and his encounter with the Veil was very amusing,one for a fact that i was reading it after a fine lunch of Fish on a remarkably beautiful sunny day in a completely relaxed state and the other,there was very little other "interesting" stuff on the Britsh press.
Sometimes these brits can get very boring but the next moment they can get very interesting.
Jack represents the best of Britsh Culture,If you did not know he was the Britsh Forign minister spreading Britsh high culture all round the world including to other pre dated civiizations like the Saudis and other Gulfies.
Now my cultural Knowledge has been enriched by Jack,In case you need to speak to a Muslim lady,you should always have "Female aide" with you,else you should politely refuse to speak to her by looking in the opposite direction of the woman who approached you (else you see her face).
Thanks Mr.Straw I am greatly enlightend.

To Hang or not to Hang

With the court setting Oct 20 as the hanging date for that scum(I forget the bastards name,anyway i think you know what i am talking about),puts the Congress in a spot WHY??
I personally dont think that the scum will be hanged. How will this be ensured?If the Congress intervenes directly it will imply that they are "soft" on terrorism,but not doing anything will ensure that muslim votes are lost in the UP election which(read my earlier blogs) are life and death for the "Family",So here is how it will play out, The scum and his damned family will file a petition before the President of India and then the President as per the instructions of "Madam" will sit on it till the last day probably and then quietly request for a clemency and then the world will cast asperations on the President ( A muslim president...) they will say,any way Mr kalam has nothing to lose,He lorded over a bunch of ignorant Hindus in the name of secularism and post presidency he has no future anyway because the lobbying has begun for the next presidency "Justice" pathak has thrown his hat into the ring by some clever "Pro-Family" judgements. (unless of course the congress comes to power later and rehabilitates him in some "glorious" and meaningless UN position).
Everybody will know the truth that Congress is behind is pardon and so the Muslim vote in UP will go its way,also with ISI working in tandem with the congress its a win-win situation.
Its interesting to see the reation from various political parties to the "Hanging"
BJP & Shiv Sena : Predictable strong reaction to hanging and pretty little above it, (They know the truth that they have reduced themselves to an almost equal level of impotence as Manmohan and can do little about it) They are not even trying to try to score a political point.
Left: Against hanging,(They dont really care because their survival is not at stake in this issue,keeping quiet they will support the congress of course either way its a win-win for them)
Regional parties: The MKs from tamil nadu and the Telugu desam have no strong position about it(I thought the MKs excluding AIADMK should have had a position considering that they overtly and covertly support LTTE and when LTTE cadres (All Hindus) were hanged for the Rajiv Gandhi Assasination, they did play some games behind the screens).
Congress: Has no position because it will just play this covertly hiding behind a "Muslim" president,else they should have had a stand (its always "Yes or No" no in between) Congress has neither an Yes nor a No :)
The joker in the pack to divert media attention is our ever green youth congress secretary Manjinder Singh Bitta,he is playing the perfect cover role for "Madam",as head of Youth congress he represents something but not the "official line". To believe that he is doing it without the blessings of "Madam" is laughable.
A source tells me that best hidden fact is that some biggies in the PDP (currently the partner for Congress in J&K)were covertly involved in the attack and they want to return the favor to the scum because he cleverly shielded them cleverly during interrogation.Ghulam nabi azad does not really care if the bastard hangs or not hangs,all he is worried about is how to transfer money and more money to his accounts in a Dubai based bank.It surprised me and others that he called "Manmohan" to ask for pardon (Wrong number you would say) But face the fact,It was intended only for the media (It would not have made it to the media if he had called "Madam") He was just helping out his coalition partners by sending out a message to "Madam" from PDP.

My Take and a little bit of Advice: The Scum will not hang. Attacks on political institutions keep happening because of the fact they generate a lot of media attention.My request to all those brave security men and women who risk their lives and the future of their families for sake of protecting the political scum,just hang around in uniform and make a career, walk away at the first sign of trouble, because your life is more precious than the scum you are trying to protect.

Fighting Terrorism the Impotents way.

Sorry its been a long time since i blogged,its been 4 hectic weeks, too much travel and too much reading to catch up,but anyway nothing much has changed in the world has it? our truly secular world remains secular,those of who are in the 21st century dreaming of making the next one better for our next generation and also ourselves are going about it and those who live in the 2nd century continue to live there believing that life actually begins after death (+/- the 72 virgins) or waiting for the Mahdi(who?) please research the Internet,it seems it was the most discussed topic in the UN convention in NY last week.
Coming back to our Secular Congress men(Really, I have yet to see any Congress man act as a MAN) anyway,decided to fight Terrorism (oops what an oxymoron of a statement is it??) It was a bit like asking a group of Impotent men to have ..x (oops that is too much of a politically incorrect word) lets say,it was a bit like asking a group of Impotent men to go out a fight :) Get the point gents:).
Impotent men are simply Impotent they cant fight,but display of Impotence is worse than suicide,so what do they do? They just accept a defeat and shamelessly say that they have signed a deal,but this time our honble Singh really lost it,It was too difficult to hide impotence anymore,He accepted that they cant fight Islamic Terrorism anymore,(With UP elections next month and with it being tied the Gandhi family hence Congress party's future,there is no way Congress is going to take on the Islamists) He said He wants to jointly fight terrorism with Mushy!!!!!,
Here was the deal, which no newspaper has reported,but an intelligence friend of Mine who has ears in the right places told me.
In return for being talked to
1.Mushy will ensure that till UP elections there will be NO terrorist attacks in India,(except Kashmir).
2.ISI along with the mullahs in UP will canvass discreetly and also openly FOR congress candiates and also pass local regional fatwas(local fatwa is the latest technological innovation in the Islamic world) against SP and of course BJP candidates so that congress gets Muslim votes.
3.Post elections Mush will ensure that a select list of People who (Initial list has been provided,but can change depending upon the situation) WILL NOT be targetted, these include among others all Congressmen close to the FAMLIY and a few others who wear the opposition hat,but are true blooded congressmen.
4.Mush will also ensure that periodic terrorist attacks happen that will target Hindus in states NOT ruled by congress and also incite communal riots so that the center has a pretext of accusing the non-congress govt of being of course what else (NON-SECULAR) and try enforcing presidents rule.
